ONevents Success Story:

Eventverwaltung für über 100 Veranstaltungen

Sparkasse Oberösterreich organizes all events via ONevents

In the beginning there were only face-to-face events. Then came the corona pandemic and with it the online meetings. Today, Sparkasse Oberösterreich organizes both online events and face-to-face or hybrid events - around 70 of them per year, from large summer receptions to smaller online training courses. What has changed permanently is the administration. Because the entire event planning at Sparkasse Oberösterreich is now digital.

50 events – 1 planning process.

“In the wake of the corona pandemic, we changed the processes,” says Karin Falkner: “Because there were suddenly online events, it made sense to digitalize the planning of the events. Today most of the events are live again. But we have retained digital event management and are continuing to expand it.”

Emailing, check-in, live stream and much more.

Sparkasse Oberösterreich achieves this with the help of the ONevents software. Here the bank has its own platform. It is precisely adapted to the corporate design. The work processes are also individually tailored to the bank. In addition, all addresses and information are stored securely in the platform.

If an event takes place, the respective department decides which components of the platform should be used: e.g. E.g. emailing invitations, check-in via web app, a live stream, a quiz or survey for interactive participation during the event, a webinar or photos and feedback surveys as an after-event service .

The building blocks are already prepared on the individualized ONevents platform for Sparkasse Oberösterreich and only need to be put together as desired for an event.

“The recognition value of the login mask plays a major role, especially in the banking sector in times of phishing emails.”

Big issue for a bank: security

If a guest wants to accept an invitation to a webinar or event, they will always see the same registration form. This has the corporate design of Sparkasse Oberösterreich: says Karin Falkner. At ONevents we are aware of our responsibility. The system is regularly subjected to security checks to prevent sensitive data from falling into the wrong hands. Of course, GDPR compliance also plays an important role.

“Working with ONevents is personal, uncomplicated and on an equal level.” –

Digital – and yet personal

Of course, Sparkasse Oberösterreich is not left alone when it comes to digital event management with the software. ONevents founder and managing director Alexander Janda has accompanied the bank from the beginning of event digitalization. “Our software benefits from the collaboration with Sparkasse Oberösterreich. If there are requests for changes, new building blocks are created, which in turn can also be helpful for all other users,” says Alexander Janda. He and his team are also personally on site at some events if required: “Especially in the course of the change, many customers feel the need to have a contact person available at an online event or a large event - and for us it is an opportunity to stay very close to the companies and their needs." A service that Sparkasse Oberösterreich also recognizes: "We value this personal and reliable communication at eye level - as well as the great know-how Event planning,” says Karin Falkner.
