ONevents gives organizers planning security
Organizers are currently sitting on red hot coals. They planned their event for months and worked on the details and then the pandemic turned everything upside down again. ONevents reacted quickly and further developed its modular system. This means that events can be changed and reorganized at short notice.
โWe had several events, including a huge congress, that were planned as local or hybrid events and suddenly had to be brought onto the digital stage - just a few days before the event date,โ says Alexander Janda, founder and managing director of ONevents . Normally these events would probably have had to be canceled and would have resulted in a lot of fees and problems. But thanks to ONevents' practical modular system, the events could be easily rescheduled with just a few clicks - and quickly moved into the virtual space.
Exchange modules with a click of the mouse
โIt's very simple: If I don't have any guests on site, I don't need a visitor registration, for example. Instead, I add the video conferencing module. Remove one module and add a new one and I immediately know how much the event will cost in the new way,โ explains Janda. Conversely, events have also been brought back from the virtual stage into real life in this way because the political measures did allow a live audience. โA few clicks and the event is on a completely new footing,โ says the ONevents founder.
Budget in view
With this idea, the company wants to give the event industry more planning security. Because in a time when everything has to work as flexibly and at short notice as possible, planning months in advance is no longer possible, as Janda explains: โAn event that has to be redesigned at such short notice would normally simply go beyond the budget. With us itโs just a few clicks and you can keep a close eye on your budget.โ
