Invitation management – Automatic triggering of confirmation emails

By selecting the individual RSVP events in emails, automatic emails can be created and sent during invitation management.

After creating an email and dividing a recipient segment, one of the 3 RSVP management statuses is selected in the “Triggered on day or event” tab. When you register in the registration form, via email invitation or postal invitation, confirmation emails are sent out.
